In 2012, I started as employee number ten at a food tech company in Venice, California, beginning as a team of one in the Customer Support department. By the time I left six years later, I had earned the title of Director, and the department had grown to a team of over 20 employees in the US, as well as over 40 in the Philippines. The company is currently flourishing with nearly 500 employees. I loved the creative process of building something from nothing, and working in a collaborative environment where risks were encouraged and accomplishments were celebrated. I am honored to have contributed to the strong company culture which we cultivated, fostering career mobility, transparent communication, and fantastic company events.

I love helping start-ups thrive by hiring and developing strong individual contributors, coaching new emerging leaders, and establishing strategies to reach stability and efficiency.
