The Mama Circles

They say two beings are born at birth... a baby, and a mother. The transition to motherhood can be beautiful while simultaneously demanding, exhausting, shocking, isolating, and overwhelming. We’re here to fix that.

The Mama Circles, is a weekly mom group focused on self-care and play, since moms typically don’t prioritize that for themselves. We have meaningful discussions, guided activities, monthly mama playdates, and ongoing accountability.

As experienced mamas (of two) and facilitators, we create a safe and welcoming space where you can be authentic, vulnerable, and inspired. You’ll leave our groups with confidence, clarity and the community support you need to get you through every step of motherhood.

Join us in our next Mama Circle. This group is for moms with kids at least 9 months or older, and we will be meeting virtually on Thursdays. To apply for our next session, please fill out this survey.

The happiness of your children is directly related to the happiness of their mother. Investing in yourself sets a beautiful example of what self-care looks like.

What Moms Are Saying About Us:

“Ari and Lexi's Mama Circle was one of the best things I did for myself in 2024. These amazing mom's themselves put together a wonderful group that is all about YOU, the mama – the awesome human who birthed a human, but is also a human herself – remember her? I didn't. Enter Ari and Lexi's thoughtfully curated group of women and activities that lovingly forced us all to think about, and show up for, ourselves each week. Ari and Lexi's energy and care is one of a kind. Our group was a truly fantastic group of women that I felt an instant camaraderie with. There are many wonderful mom's groups out there that will tell you everything you need to know about taking care of a baby, but none that I know of that focus on our experiences as moms. I am so glad one now exists!” -Courtney, Fall Circle ‘24

“Whether you need a sounding board for parenting tips or just a friendly face to connect with, it’s a place where you always feel understood. I’m so grateful for the friendships and the constant reminder that we’re all in this together.” -Tayler, Fall Circle ‘24
